All new robots require some minimal configuration to get them connected to the WiFi network.
Here we provide instructions for getting connected, and also detail logging into the robot over “ssh”. Then, we confirm success by tele-operating (driving) the robot around using the PC keyboard.
To proceed, you will need the following items:
- Your Rhoeby Dynamics robot!
- An HDMI monitor and USB keyboard
- Basic Linux skills for file editing, network configuration, etc
These instructions use the Mini-Turty robot as an example, but this process is essentially the same for all Rhoeby Dynamics robots.
